Each vehicle must have an active booking before arriving at the warehouse.

No booking may result in refusal of loading/unloading or an extension of the waiting time.

Changing the vehicle registration number requires updating the booking before the driver's arrival.
No valid data may prevent entry or loading/unloading.

The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Changes in bookings made after office hours may result in delay a service.
